Hot Bird 7A cambiera' posizione orbitale

Il satellite Hot Bird 7A cambiera' orbita nel primo semestre del 2009 quando Eutelsat lancera' il satellite Hot Bird 10, in questo modo tutti i trasponder attivi ora nella posizione a 13 gradi est saranno diffusi da soli 3 satelliti.

Il nuovo satellite Hot Bird 10 avra' ben 64 trasponder lasciando libero dai suoi compiti il satellite 7A, quest' ultimo sara' spostato nella nuova posizione orbitale a 10 est dove Eutelsat spera di creare un nuovo polo satellitare.
